So a couple of months ago, I decided to incorporate flax seeds into my daily nutrition. Since, I have noticed a lot of health improvements. One that was almost immediately noticeable was how easy and frequent my bowel movement was and the fact that it keeps me full all day.
So to get my flax seed intake, I make a smoothie Organic ground flax from Trader Joe’s and mix it with one banana, a cup of chocolate almond milk, 1 tsp of bee pollen, 1 tsp Organic chia seeds and 1 Tsp Organic Maca Powder . I basically break my fast with this every day at 12pm. If you don’t know, I intermittent fast. You can read more about this here from a previous blog post.
I know I’ve mentioned quite a few ingredients there. I’ll discuss their benefits (Chia, Bee Pollen and Maca) on different blog posts.
