Hi guys! I hope you had a great weekend! As a mom and serial entrepreneur aka. hustler, I no longer have weekends to sleep in so my weekends are no different than any regular weekday lol.
Today's post is going to be short and sweet. If you follow me on Instagram , Facebook and Twitter, you probably know about my 3 day monthly juice cleanse/fast/detox. For those who are new to this news; I basically decided to keep a side one weekend a month for a 3 day juice cleanse where I drink nothing but freshly squeezed juices, and water. The schedule worked really well for me but it wasn't as effective as I had anticipated. As I always do, I went to do my research.
While I was trying to find ways to maximize the benefits of juice fasting/cleansing/detox, I came across Naomi Campbell's "diet". In the Naomi Campbell "diet" , she juice fasts at least twice a week. With Naomi being bae and seriously #bodygoals, it instantly got my attention and got me thinking.
For those who have been juice fasting/cleansing/detoxing with me, I'll be upping my juice fasting/cleansing/detox game. Instead of 3 consecutive days a month, I'll be juicing Mondays & Wednesdays OR Tuesdays & Thursdays every week depending on my schedule. With this new schedule, I'll be juicing twice a week. This brings me to a total of 8 days a month for juicing/cleansing/detoxing.
I strongly believe this new schedule will produce the result at the pace I desire! I can't wait to share with everyone how it goes and If you are going to this with me, please feel free to comment section below and my other social media platforms.
