Hi guys! I hope you had a great long Memorial Day Weekend (if in US) and Bank Holiday ( if in UK). As for me and millions of Muslims around the globe, we officially embarked on our Ramadhan fastivities this weekend. If you do not know what Ramadhan is, then read on here.
If you follow me on Instagram and the blog, you might already know that I am a big proponent of fasting. I juice fast twice a week and sometimes go on random vegetable and fruit only meals . Learn more about my juice fasting schedule here.
Although Ramadhan's main purpose is to draw Muslims closer to God and bring a sense of charity and empathy for the less fortunate, it is also a great time to take advantage of this great opportunity to maximize on our weightloss/ fatloss.
