We all know how satisfying a tall glass of ice-cold water on a hot day is. But in the winter, it’s a whole lot harder to get the same satisfaction with freezing temperatures outside.
Nevertheless, staying hydrated during the winter months is crucial if you want to maintain a healthy lifestyle as dehydration happens just as easily in winter as it does in the summer.
Experts suggest we drink half of our body weight in fluid ounces per day e.g if you weigh 120 LBS or 54 Kilos, you need to drink 60 fluid ounces of water or 1.8 Liters of water per day.
But of course you can always drink more if you want. Water is calorie-free and in most cases free of charge if not almost free. I assure you won't regret...not even a sip.
